The AFW Model 10110 Biceps Isolator is an accessory designed to provide support and isolation during biceps lifting exercises. It allows the user to get a similar range of motion and support as a biceps curl performed on a bench, but standing. It is an excellent way to focus exclusively on the biceps muscles without involving other muscle groups such as the back or shoulders.
