Convex Elite
The AFW 10574 Convex Elite model is a half sphere or half balance ball that can be used by people of all classes and ages. It seeks to work the musculature as a whole by proposing global movements that activate the muscles simultaneously. In this way, by working on one area, the adjacent joints and muscle groups are also exercised. The exercises it allows, based on balance due to its unstable base, involve an adaptation of the muscles to common situations, in addition to its toning, generating cardiovascular, postural and proprioception benefits.
