Rubber Plates with 3 grips
The AFW Model 19250 R Rubber Discs with 3 grips are designed for barbell work or direct use of the weight in muscle toning exercises, especially upper body exercises. They are made of iron with rubber coating, which provides high impact resistance, and have a metal inner ring of diameter 50. In addition, these discs offer integrated grips that make them comfortable to handle during training.
