Tri Grip Plates
The model 19260 AFW TRI GRIP 3 Grip Rubber Discs are designed for barbell work or direct use of the weight in muscle toning exercises, especially for the upper body. They are made of iron with rubber coating, which provides high impact resistance, and have a metal inner ring of diameter 50. In addition, these discs offer integrated grips that make them comfortable to handle during training.
