The D200 Adjustable Dumbbells from Etenon gives you the opportunity to train comfortably at home with total freedom. This set of dumbbells allows you to customize the weight you want to lift in each session, combining the weight discs to your liking. The dumbbells feature non-slip metal center grips with a fine-grained polished texture. The metal plates feature a combination of square and circular shapes in black and silver, creating an attractive visual contrast.
The weight adjustment process is simple. By pressing on the end of the dumbbell grip on both sides, you can remove the adjustment brackets. You can then insert the number of plates you want to use into the holder and snap it back into the dumbbell grip. And that’s it! You’re ready to start training. Each dumbbell can hold a maximum weight of 10 kg, which means you can include up to 5 plates on each side. With these adjustable dumbbells, you have the flexibility to adapt the weight according to your needs and progress your workout gradually.
